Currently there are no additional charges on shipping. Delivery or shipping charges may apply on certain products/services and would be communicated at the time of order processing itself.
We try to deliver your order within 2-5 working days after dispatch in Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the country, we deliver between 2-7 business days. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 5-8 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical reach or constraints.
We aspire to deliver your product within 2-5 days but at times due to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates or times as those are on best effort basis by the delivery partners and availability of the customer.
Yes, We do offer Cash-on-delivery. If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can go for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery payment is Rs 10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.
There are no such hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of all taxes. The price you see on the checkout page are the final prices you pay
You can change the delivery address for an order until it is shipped or dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect the order to the new delivery address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and all our policies are made to provide a better shopping experience for all our customers.
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox or via SMS. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order or else you can also track your order by visiting the My Account section and clicking on “Orders”.
Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email or sms reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse

Cancellation, Returns and Refund
At Zealthy, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products thus if any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded.
With your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund and one of the champion customer executives will reach out to you with 24hrs of receipt of request for further processing depending upon your reason to return or refund.
Kindly note all return requests should be initiated within 48 hours of receiving & accepting the product.
We try our best to make sure that the products you ordered are delivered as per your requirement. However, in certain unforeseen circumstances like incomplete order, damaged during transportation or incorrect product(s) we will initiate return or exchange as requested by you.
Requests for Cancellation, Return/Replacement or Refund will ONLY BE CONSIDERED in the following cases:
Applicability for a Cancellation and Refund
If a customer does not receive delivery of the ordered products within 30 days of placing order
If Zealthy fails to ship ordered products within 30 days of receiving order
If the shipping address provided by you is not serviced by our partner courier, we shall inform you on the same within 24 working hours
Applicable for Replacement or Refund
In case the product(s) received by the customer is damaged, expired, incomplete order, or incorrect product(s).
We do not entertain any Refund in following cases:
Customer does not like the product on delivery or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations
Incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer while placing order
Non-availability of recipient at the aforementioned address
On delivery refusal to accept product(s)
Delivered to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
Event of force majeure
In case product is tampered by the customer
All return or refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer executive team with maximum liability of the amount paid by you for the product.
After you have initiated the request for return along with order details and reason for return one of our customer executives will reach out to you within 24hrs and help you explain the process for return/replacement.
If the product has to be returned due to damaged, expired, incomplete order, or incorrect product(s) our team will facilitate the pick-up of product(s) through our courier partners (at our cost). Note that product should be returned in original packaging, sealed as original along with original box, price tags and invoice.

Once your return request has been accepted by a customer service executive, it usually takes around 72 hrs to arrange a pickup from your place. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.
Once product(s) are received at our warehouse, it undergoes an inspection which typically takes around 2 days and the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection.
Further time to refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
Mode of refund may vary depending on the payment mode chosen by the customer.
For payment made by Debit/Credit/UPI/Wallet or any other online payment method – We will refund money in the same bank account. Please allow 7-10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
For Cash on delivery or any other mode – an online transfer will be initiated using bank account details shared by the customer. Timeline to this is highly dependent on which bank details the customer provides for refund. Generally expected timeline of such refunds is 8-10 days.
In case the replacement or returns are initiated due to reasons like the product is damaged, expired, incomplete order, or incorrect product(s) there will be no processing fee applicable on requests for returns or replacement.
